Basic Engineering for the L’Etoile Project in the Democratic Republic of Congo, R.D.C. is concluded
The basic engineering for the L’Etoile Concentrator Project in the R.D.C. (JRI Project P126) is deemed to be concluded. Though the larger percentage of the works was carried out at JRI offices in Santiago, a delegation of between two and three professionals with fulltime assignment was kept in Lubumbashi throughout the entire project. They were Pablo Cheng, Jorge Rojas, Ricardo Rojas and Rodrigo Ortiz. Additionally, during the execution of the works, JRI Technical Manager, Juan Rayo; Project Manager, Mario Arredondo; Head of Engineering, Milton Vega; and specialists such as Nélida Heresi, Rafael Videla, Max Fuentes and Sebastián Rayo made several trips to Congo. Previously, during the Design Engineering stage, Cristian Rickenberg also flew over. A special acknowledgement to all of them for carrying our company’s name so far away.
