JRI and COPRIM Create an Affiliate Company in Peru

Following JRI Engineering’s strategic guidelines for the next decade, aimed at globalizing markets, Peruvian company Gerenpro Ingeniería S.A.C. (GI SAC) is in full process of being incorporate. Ownership of said company will be 60% JRI, 30% Coprim and 10% by the Martínez Woodman family, of Peru, represented by José Martínez Woodman.
Peru is today the country in the region with the largest mining potential, therefore it is highly expedient to maintain our presence in that market. The goal of the new company is to sustain the growth of JRI and Coprim by means of an international affiliated company that will allow us to put together a high competition team of professionals and technicians. This entails both the stay of Chilean professionals and technicians in Peru, and visits by Peruvian professionals to company headquarters for training and learning purposes. The responsibility of leading the foundation and operation of GI SAC has been assigned to Mr. Guillermo Tamblay, JRI Project Manager.
